All of the creation of the package for the target markets, accounting analysis, and offering structure, and filing for just $3000.00 down and $4,000.00 per month can employ us. You will be raising money within the first thirty days of engagement. We will create the layers of business plans to initiate marketing as quickly as week two and include the filling out and filing for you the PPM type whichever is applicable 506C 506a etc by week 4 

Our guarantee is we will raise at least $200,000 within the first 60 days of engagement or 2 times your money back. 

That is only to a qualified applicant and under terms of equity we accept which is not egregious. Part of our position is to provide some accounting and marketing management on your team and be on your package with you. We use our linkedin credentials as participants to help bring some of those inventors and need to know we actually have some authority with you to insure the success of the venture from a quality management perspective. We are in business with you in a very minority capacity under terms that make sense.
