A resident of Sandpoint, Idaho, Joel is an avid outdoorsman who loves to explore the natural beauty of the area with his family. In addition to his love of adventure, Joel is also dedicated to helping others live healthier lives through the use of CBD products.

Born in Houston Texas and many years living in Colorado. Currently resides in Africa with a passion to make a difference in creating higher paying jobs to stop poverty, and help Africa increase financial security for the masses. With years of banking and finance experience working with bank owners to implement capital initiatives and entering into the credit card issuing market. He has used many different types of funding sources either raising money for his own businesses in solar, mortgage, real estate sales,  and the sub prime credit card issuance industry. As a lending specialist his finance experience spans setting up discount paper selling programs to inventory finance, factoring, private raise, and any typical asset lending based loans.  The past few years  the instrument issuing and funding process has been his focus.. Loves US sports both playing and as a fan and workouts on the beach.

Amit Salaskar was Born in Southern India and currently lives in Pune. He spent many years in upper management in the BPO industry taking things like mortgage pre-underwriting and mortgage services to India. He had a private school background which has given him incredible resources at many levels with Indian Businesses. From his years of experience managing in the BPO industry, he leads any new process initiatives for our team. Currently specializing in negotiations and vetting of companies,' trade programs, and financing alternatives. Amit Is passionate about making the world a better place through Win-Win Business strategies and meditates a lot.

 George Pino is an accomplished risk management professional with a diverse background in operational risk management, risk strategy implementation and monitoring, compliance management, internal control systems, technical leadership, and data analysis. With a successful 10-year career in the banking industry, George has consistently delivered high-impact results in demanding and time-sensitive environments.

From September 2010 to 2015, George served as a Regional Operational Risk Manager, overseeing operations in 18 countries across the EAC, SADC, and CEMAC regions. In this role, he conducted thorough assessments to define and analyze potential risks, carefully evaluating their gravity by considering the potential consequences. George developed and implemented effective risk management controls and systems, designing processes to eliminate or mitigate risks. He also excelled in crisis management, creating contingency plans to handle crises efficiently. George evaluated existing policies and procedures, identifying weaknesses and presenting comprehensive reports with recommendations. Additionally, he played a crucial role in enhancing employees' risk awareness through training and development initiatives.

During his tenure as a Market Risk Manager, George demonstrated his expertise in risk management and compliance. His responsibilities included ensuring the comprehensive handling of corresponding relationship requests and collaborating with the Business Services department to ensure compliance with regulations. George leveraged his analytical skills to conduct assessments and evaluate the severity of risks, enabling him to design robust risk management controls and systems. He consistently reviewed and improved existing policies and procedures, identifying weaknesses and making recommendations for enhancements.
